Where we get personal information from

Directly from you

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. The specific retention periods for different types of data are as follows:

Customer Data: Retained for up to 2 years after your last interaction with us unless required to retain it longer for legal or regulatory purposes.
Affiliate Tracking Data: Retained for up to 1 year to ensure accurate commission reporting and tracking.
Analytics Data: Retained for up to 26 months as per the default settings of our analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to monitor and improve our website performance.
Marketing Data: Retained until you withdraw your consent or opt-out of receiving marketing communications. If no interaction is made, data will be deleted after 12 months of inactivity.
Financial/Transaction Data: Retained for up to 6 years to comply with tax and financial reporting obligations.

Once the retention period expires, we securely delete or anonymise your data to ensure it can no longer be associated with you.
